The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield.The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, Conn reopen June 13 after a $9-million renovation and expansion exhibit that doubles the museum's previous size. Designed by dint of Tappe Associates of Boston, a just discovered granite and white clapboard composition harmonizes with the museum's original 1783 building. The fresh and redesigned space encompasses a 25,000 square feet.
