Included are addresses, phone numbers, business hours, names of directors and a short description of the original of art shown.
Institutions are categorized by means of the following designations: G (gallery), M (museum), U (university gallery), N (nonprofit exhibition space), C (corporate consultant), D (private dealer), P (print dealer). Artists exhibited at each location are listed; artists with upcoming one-person exhibitions are clustered together at the end of the listing. Each institution is assigned a [i]clavis[/i] number, used for cross-referencing in all indexes.
